Wild Blossom Cider and Sycamore Brewing beer is crafted by a team of hard-working, talented professionals who take deep pride in the quality of the liquid. Heading that creative team is Head Brewer, Brad Bergman.
Brad has a serious beer and cider pedigree. Brad went to Appalachian State University and studied chemistry with an emphasis in Brewing Science. He took further brewing courses at SIEBEL Institute.
His love for cider began during his time at Angry Orchard, Boston Beer Company/Sam Adams. He then took this love to Michigan, where he worked as head brewer at Petoskey Brewing, and he began to brew his own ciders, using local produce and juices from a local farm called Kings Orchard near Central Lake Michigan.
Brad joined the Sycamore Brewing team in March, and drives creativity and quality with his brewing expertise and cider wizardry!
